Support Plans
We want you to be as informed as possible while making a decision about obtaining a product or service from us. That is why we have included the pricing information below. Prices listed here are typical and can vary based your unique situtation. NOTE: All support plans are charged in 15 minute increments.
- Initial Consultation: As with all of our products and services, the initial consultation is free!
- Break-Fix Hourly On-Site Support: We currently charge a $26 trip fee plus an hourly rate of $94 for this plan.
- Break-Fix Hourly Remote Support: We currently charge an hourly rate of $94 for this plan.
- Pre-paid Hourly Support: Please click here for our pre-paid hourly support pricing. We are certain these prices will save you bunch of money!
- I.T. Support Contracts: We can tailor a support contract to your specific needs including SLA times, reduced rates, and other specialized agreements.
- While you should ALWAYS have antivirus software running on your computer such as Microsoft Securty Essentials, you should NEVER have more than one running at a time! This can bring your computer to its knees and cause almost as many problems as having a virus!
